Submission notes

Mandatory request fields: Beneficiary Name, Contact Email, Flight Number, Cabin, Origin, Destination, Preferred Date, and Ticket Type Priority.
For Business cabin, all four ticket types must be ranked with unique priorities 1 to 4.
For Economy cabin, business ticket types are disabled and the two economy ticket types must be ranked 1 and 2.
Add another flight only when the traveller needs more than one requested routing entry.

ID50 - Business: 50 percent rebate request in business cabin.

ID50 - Economy: 50 percent rebate request in economy cabin.

ID90 - Business: 90 percent rebate request in business cabin.

ID90 - Economy: 90 percent rebate request in economy cabin.

Complete the mandatory fields to enable request submission.
